I am a metal-chick from Las Vegas and I ENVY all of you Europeans that get to see all the REAL metal bands like,SAXON!!!
They never play even close to Vegas and that sucks! I have heard they are amazing live and I cant wait for the DVD! I love Saxon and pray that they at least play in L.A. so I can drive 5 hours to see them!
The heaviest band to play here by far was Entombed the other nite with Halford! Great show! We in America get NO metal fest's
(Ozz-fest,a joke for years!)You get Wacken and MORE! LUCKY!!!!!
At least we get C.O.F. here this year.They should scare the SHITE out of the lil' kiddies here in the Politically Correct USA! That will be a SIGHT! Mouths dropped open and drooling!! HeeHee!We drove to L.A. to see Iced Earth and In Flames(TWO AWSOME bands!) IT was amazing!!!!!!!!! Vegas sucks...we get Scorpions and Whitesnake(lame and lamer,new cds...no!) or B.O.C ,where all the mulleted fans just sat in their chairs and watched.......
Geritol and diapers anyone???BORING!!!! I just wanna bang my head here at home and not have to travel to bum-fuck egypt to see a good metal show!!!! Again,you guys over there are so lucky that there is a scene and a HUGE fan base,where they will play in your country.No true metal here....LAME! You have the most AMAZING bands coming out of Sweden,Norway,finland and germany!!! Whats coming from here...the ONLY band from the US that is worthy is ICED EARTH!!! I love them!!!!! That is it!
The rest is commercialized shit!
Anyway...forgive the rant...you guys rule!!!!!!! Metal rules!

Welcome purgatori I couldn't have said it better myself, there isn't any real metal acts over here in America, they got it going on over there in the UK.

I'm from Seattle and there's nothing here either all tho I did get to see the mighty SAXON back in the day and thats why I'm here now cause there still one of the most "ASS kickin Bands Around!"

I love Iced Earth more than anyone..besides Priest!!!! Brittish metal started it all, in my opinon! Maiden ,Saxon,Priest,are the gods I praised for 20 years!
I saw Jag Panzer and ,well,I was bored except on one song..Black something? I actually like Disturbed and Saliva on their first cds...new ones are just O.K. Sorry, I am forced to listen to the SHITTY radio stations all day 10 fricken hours a day,because its better than silence..I have no casstte or cd in the van....it SUCKS! Same shit all day,over and over again till I wanna puke!AArrrgghh!(it will not brainwash me I swear..........must buy stained cd...NOOOOOO!)
I AM all woman,usually at shows in leather or latex in platform boots with plenty of metal gear and spikes!! Guys LOVE that!!!Heehee! I am also a tomboy from HELL!!!! I can bang my head with the best of them!!! Fuck the mosh-pit tho,that shit hurts!
