EDIT: Krow, it won't change much of anything. The War on Terror is such a nebulous action anyway, it's impossible to put a material quantity on what killing bin Laden would do. It will, however, have a significant symbolic effect; which, some will argue, may do nothing more than distract us from what the true objective(s) should be.
