OK here's my version:
http://student-kmt.hku.nl/~tymon/temp/Tym_ex_mix1.mp3
Though I don't really like the music and the musicians are definitely not the best to ever walk this planet, I had some great fun mixing it! I did it in 8 hours straight without taking a break so I guess I'll hate my mix tomorrow when I listen to it with fresh ears

So there's a good chance I'll post another mix soon.
I used the mp3 files by the way, as I wanted to do a quick mix but as it turned out I spent some hours...
Drums:
I don't like a triggered machine-like sound, I did however use both the kick and snare triggers but tried to make it sound as acoustic as possible. I used drumagog with samples I've collected from different places. Compression on snare, kick, toms are Waves C1. Verb is Nuendo Reverb A, simple but nice for drums imho. I changed the panning because I like the ride right and hihat left.
Guitars:
Panned 100% left, middle, 100% right. I tried a million ways of placing them in the stereo image but I think this setup works best (though they really should just ditch 1 guitar player). I used PODxt to "reamp" and mainly used the 5150 and mesa sim from the metalpack.
Bass:
I used an impulse of an Ampeg 4x10" cab and put some distortion before it.
Vox:
Just some compression.
Of course I did waaaaay more then the stuff above and used tons of plugins
