Nightwish. Live. IN NEW YORK!

Hmmm....Glenn didnt you post on the metal-rules.com forum that the bands are contractually obligated to NOT play any other shows on American soil? You mentioned something about not wanting to work for other promoters or something. Hmm...

Correct. That keeps me from paying all of the expenses and other promoters reaping the benefits from my work. All of my contracts have built in penalties for other shows booked in the States within a certain time frame.

Since my show sold out, Nightwish was able to secure another gig that was profitable for them despite having to keep their agreement with me. I actually come out better now. :)

I do want to point out that at the time that my tickets went on sale, Nightwish were booked to an exclusive show. Their upcoming press release about the NYC show will reflect that so that I do not look like a liar.

Too bad that virtually all New Yorker's that are attending Progpower WON'T be going to this show...since we won't be returning until Sunday night...

Still cool they're playing in my backyard..

Tight Huh? I'll be there; what's the problem. 1:00 flight, back by 3:30, and straight to L'Amour! The party doesn't end till Sunday night!!! Let's go Mo!
