Nightwish Starland Ballroom show cancelled

Got this from Nightwish forum, from a member who got this from Ticketmaster:

Due to international shipping and freight issues, Nightwish cannot get its gear to the US before May 5th. This show has therefore been canceled. We regret any inconvenience.

Unfortunately this is true as it was confirmed today by Ewo:

That sucks for everyone here that bought a ticket, but hopefully the band can squeeze in an extra tour date in that area to make up for it on the fall tour.

On the bright side, at least now i don't have to feel bad about the fact that i wasn't going to be able to make it to Jersey for that show

But yeah, that definitely sucks for those who had already bought their tickets (sorry Tel!). So, i wonder what they are going to do with their new found extra time: Party, be touristy, or just sleep

A mod at Nightwish forum says he has e-mailed Ewo to see if maybe that gig can't get replaced with an acoustic gig or meet-and-greet, since I guess a lot of people were asking about the possibility. Keep your fingers crossed!
