Thanks Felix, that's really nice of you to say man! Honestly, I'm hesitant to think too far in the future about what my next engineering/production challenge will be since I always want my music to be the first priority, but I guess the next step will be wrangling drums once I can afford a good plugin! (probably SSD 3.0 EX, seeing as how it's $100!) Zakky, thanks man, and hey, why not?

Finally listened to these clips, and while it sounds nice during the first few riffs, it sounds really weak during the palm mutes on the second riff. Like you didn't pick very hard, or the guitars just lost their attack for some reason.
Partially the tiny sealed box not giving any "whoomp," partially the fact that I was alternate-picking them so it wasn't like deep chugging (which wasn't the sound I was going for anyway). Thanks for listening!
