Need some advice/ideas about noise reduction when playing live
Current rig
Guitar - Boss Tuner - Bigshot ABY - then split into
A - Boss Metal Zone (crowbar boost settings= distortion on zero) into x pattern into Boss NS-2 into 6505 red channel
B - Octave pedal - Bass Big Muff into Bass head and cab

When I stop playing the noise/hiss/oscilating sound out of I think the guitar chain is super loud.
Wondering what other people who use two amps in their live setup do to reduce noise?
I have tried change the swtiches on the ABY with no effect.
Thinking of putting the Boss NS-2 into the effects loop of 6505
Cheers

You running your pedals off batteries or power supply?

I noticed as soon as I try to run my pedals off a 1-Spot, my rig is wayyyyy noisier than if I run batteries. I run the NS-2 also.

Using a pedaltrain volto to power all my pedals. will check if batteries are quieter.
