Now I've got the bastard package open...

New Demons and Wizards rocks like few hath rocked before. I've had it on saturation play for two weeks and it *buries* The Glorious Burden.

One of these years I must get Somewhere Far Beyond and Imaginations From The Other Side. I've been meaning to check out some BG since I started posting here.

The Glorious Burden was a good enough album, quit slagging on it. There was worse that year....

Only a handful of albums were worth buying last year. :(
I think I have about 3.

What's the Japanese version likely to cost?

Which albums were they, Sydo?

Japanese people are funny.

I have:

Exodus, Iced Earth, Jag Panzer, Evergrey, Edguy, Saxon, Persuader, Megadeth, The Haunted, Dream Evil, Death Angel, WASP, Shadows Fall, Tad Morose, DragonForce, UDO, My Dying Bride, Velvet Revolver, Brides of Destruction and Thunderstone

showoff....

Of that I have,
IE - TGB
Megadeth - TSHF
Shadows Fall - The War Within
3 Inches of Blood - Advance and Vanquish
Velvet Revolver

Then I got bored reading that, so not sure if I have anything else

My fav albums of 2004 were Cradle Of Filth's "Nymphetamine" (which I am surprised to see barely mentioned on that page, it is a fantastic album!) and Edguy's "Hellfire Club". Awesome albums. Followed by Megadeth's "The System Has Failed" and Death Angel's "The Art Of Dying". Dio's "Master Of The Moon" and Dungeon's "One Step Beyond" are good too, as is Fozzy's "All That Remains", and I did enjoy "The Glorious Burden".

The Tea Party's "Seven Circles" and Alter Bridge's "One Day Remains" were some other favourites from last year as well, though they aren't metal.
