Silkie, have you heard of them? The brother of Andreas M. from Brainstorm plays bass in that band (hehe.. bass-playing brothers in metal then...or something *g*)

I have to quote myself here because I just read about this event on the CM website.....:

I won't comment on that "chick"........still, I haven't seen pics anywhere though there were some photographers (Silkie, remember that damn cool dude who said he was from RH? *g* His pics didn't turn out the way they should have been I guess)
 
To talk a little bit about The Armada, it's a "new" band formed by bassist Matthias Mailander and ex-Stormwitch members (guitarist and drummer), one of my favorite german bands :)

The new Armada singer Dirk Schäffner is the one from Ritual Steel, in which he plays with guitarist Fabian Scharwz (ex-Tyran Pace and Paradox)......and now Fabian is also in the reunited Stormwitch line up ;)
Is it clear? :)
By the way I never noticed Matthias Mailander was Andreas' brother, thanks Gaunerin :)
Matthias also played live with Stormwitch some long years ago as a replacement.

Unfortunately I've never been able to get the Armada MCD...

I forgot to mention that Brainstorm drummer plays in Tarot's Myst, a project by the former main Stormwitch guitarist Lee Tarot ;)

It seems there are lots of links between these 2 bands...

Hehe...you're welcome. I only heard of them by accident last week when I've been to a Brainstorm gig.
My friend Marlies who does their website told Andreas that she added the link of his brother's band - that's what made me curious.

Talking about Brainstorm, are you going to see them on one of the festivals they're playing? (hm...I could ask you on their own forum :rolleyes: )

I won't see them either :cry:

I saw them last week in the Netherlands. They were playing these two dates in Belgium and the Netherlands that had been cancelled before due to general illness. So, it somehow still belonged to the tour from the beginning of the year and the setlist was pretty much the same. And it was too short again. I'm sick and tired of seeing them as support :(
Still, better as support than not at all.
