I just found a Nuclear Assault concert from 2015 on YouTube. They sound just as good as they did 30 years ago. Possibly the best band from the thrash metal era

Great band. Best? I don't think so. How much have you explored thrash? There's more than 1 thrash era also.

I agree with Baroque on this. Great band, but hardly the best of any era.

I wouldn't even use great to describe them. Good band, not great and far from being one of the best. Game Over is the best thing they did, a solid 3.75/5.

I thought they were pretty universally hated around here for some reason. I don't mind them. I have Survive on vinyl. Brainwashed is a cool track

I've always liked Hang the Pope tune.

I love everything they released up to Handle With Care and saw them live many times back in the day. John's vox can be kinda abrasive at times, but they were great live.
