If by "buy" you mean what I think you do... h2o just did a version of nuendo 3.

Not tried nuendo 3, but cubase sx3 appears a little better than 2 was, and they're fundementally the same thing so...

other than that SX3 seems a bit buggy at times, and the new ASIO setup thing was annoying, I preferred the old one.

It imported the old setup options for me (Cubase SX3), so I didn't have to set up the ASIO drivers again.

lol. so should i go for nuendo 3 then ? cause SX 3 was indeed a bit buggy and it asked more cpu etc i noticed.

Yeah, please do. I'd be especially interested if the CPU overhead is any smaller, because SX3 is running slightly slower for me than SX2 did and with the system I'm working on that's too much.

SX3 runs more or less than same as 2 did for me, are you using the legit or h20 version?

The h2o is a lot less cpu heavy I hear.

last week i tried sx 3 and it asked a bit more cpu. ( drumkit from hell 2 was cracking and lagging as hell ) i'm now gonna install Neundo 3. ( by H20 )

Nuendo 3is better than everything i guess . . . cubase sx etc

Nuendo uses the same audio engine as SX. Nuendo has extra features for film editing etc...

When you make money with your music, buy the software please.
