ironically, i think it's the Italian catfish that are called "dog-eating catfish".

I realize this is terribly myopic of me but somehow a giant Italian catfish is not as exotic as a giant Mekong catfish.

I feel like the mekong catfish is inscrutable, while the Italian catfish talks with his whiskers.
