O/T: Avatar question (serious)

What are the rules regarding the pictures you have for your avatar? If you put something up that the mods don't like, are you immediately banned, or are you given the chance to change the picture?

I'd be happy to e-mail it to the mods first to get clearance if necessary.

my avatar kicks ass, because its the album cover of the most kick ass Anthrax cd.

Its also a picture of the guy from the the Audioslave Album cover before he started the fire and put his clothes back on.

that is one of my fav albums from the 80's. i burned my album to cd so i could listen to it in the car

i seen them open for dio back in the day, i think wendy dio was their manager back then too.

i had to put the hamster in my avatar to sleep today. he had been my room mate since i moved to nashville. it's sad to have to bury your pet no matter what kind it is you become attached pretty easy i guess.
