I'm still hung-over from the party my friends and I had. The Spurs kicked ass! You might be right about the Lakers next year, but that is what they said last year. They were supposed to go 4 in a row. So who knows. I'm just happy Robinson got to retire a champion. If the Spurs get Jason Kidd, who knows, maybe they'll repeat. Any comments?

Nah, last year the Lakers said that if that "core" had won 3 titles in a row, there was no reason they couldn't win a fourth. What Kupchack and Buss overlooked was the fact that Horry, Fisher, and Fox were all back ups on the first title team. If the Lakers beef up the back court with a great Quarterback like Payton, and get a legit Power Forward, Malone, Brown, or Howard - plus keep Horry and Shaw for veteran leadership (and insurance) they are in good shape. Pargo and Rush should be better players next year too.
