Roman emperors wore purple - and the Beast of Revelation was apparently supposed to be a Roman emperor, not the devil/satan. So, considering Mustaine is now a bible thumper, perhaps Vic is here signifying the beast of revelation, destroying the world - rather than Jesus doing it.
I don't know, we're probably reading too much into it.

oh yeah and i agree.... its cool to see vic, in a classic styleee,..... but the overall pic is lame, and pretty badly done ( i defo think its spposed to be jesus 'el saviour' christ related, just cos of the hand pose......) the sheep looks like its broken its front leg fer starters..... plus y'know the whole guitar thing, ifs anything to do with megadeth ..there should only be flying v's involved.......instead of an inflatable toy
