It is very snowy here in Colorado.
Here's me by my car.

Damn that sucks. We'd be shut down for weeks if we got a snow like that here. Looks like old man winter has loosened his grip on my neck of the woods for this year (knock on wood)

I called in to work this morning. I was the 11th person to tell them I couldn't make it in. I have a truck (in that picture above), but there's about 3 feet of snow around it, and they don't plow our roads in the neighborhood.

Outside looks a lot like the end of the movie "The Shining".
I'll put up some more pictures later. Gives me something to do.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhh man !!! that looks AMAZING !!!!!

blub blub, here i am stuck in london......looking at my deck that sclearly going NOWHERE for about another 10 months.....and look at the amunt of sweeeeet sweet powder your way, damn colorado looks too cool to me...... AND you get the day off !! dammit man grab a deck and hit the hills !!! :)))

blub blub wheres me snow.,..............

Yes. A few days ago it was 84 degrees (F) in Denver.
I was shoveling this morning until I felt like I was gonna pass out. Last night the snow was shoveled out down to the concrete, this morning there was at least 2 feet of snow in the same spot.
It's the most snow I've seen since 1982 (I lived in Evergreen, Colorado).

lokey-
There's PLENTY of snow to share here. But it'd probably be melted by the time I got it FedExed to you.

hahaahahah, well do me a favour and give it a try will ya, one of those big boxes should do it.... oh, i am gonna need one of the rockies in there too, the hills round this way aren't very good :)

ok i sppose having to go about yer everyday life in such deep stuff must be hard work, but if you can get off work, mmmmmm can't think of much better....... very very envious over here

"One of the Rockies"
I'll see what I can do. I'll try and stuff one of the snow-covered Rockies in a big FedEx box.........

I've been near the front window most of the day, and I haven't seen one single car go by in 4 hours!

heh heh, sounds good to me thrax dude, hope you can find a big enough box, geex i reckon i'll get taxed quite heavily on that when i have to sign for it :)

wheres 'mr plow' when you need him eh!?!?!

whats my name its mr plow, that name again is mr plow, or summink like that :)

I was thinking of Mr. Plow when I was out shoveling.

Homer answers phone:
"Mr. Plow, that name again is Mr. Plow. Ummm... Oh, you mean Mr. Plow! No, this is Tony Plow, you know...from 'Leave It To Beaver'?
......Uh-huh, they were gay."

I'm glad our snow is gone here in DC but now our next worry is chemical warfare. Why can't it just be sunny with all the girlies wearing next to nothing in your face?

I didn't have to work today, either, because they evacuated the store!
I don't know the technical term, but the thingys that holds up the roof was bending.
They closed the Wal-Mart and Safeway here too because of the HEAVY snow on the roofs. The Wal-Mart's roof collapsed!

I hope they fix it soon, though. I need to work sometime.

man if only you had a snowboard you could be having the best time........shit man, i have to get to a place where if it craps down with snow and work gets called off i can just go boarding, all i can see here are some ruddy allotments.......

i take it you get paid by day then if you are busting to get back to work.....i see why you are not so pleased about the days off now......

Yeah. 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. That's like, ummm...40 hours a week or something.:err:
This week I only had 24 hours. That doesn't help bring in the $$$.
