O/T Forbidden

I've never really listened to these guys at all, despite them being on of the bigger thrash acts (as in top 10-15) of the late 80s. They've just announced a tour here in Australia, so I thought I'd check out their latest record Omega Wave, and I gotta say it's pretty damn good.

Are there many fans of thier around here? If so, what's their best older stuff I should be checking out?

Tix for their show are only $45 so I'm thinking of going along.

I used to love Forbidden. I had a tape that had Vio-lence on one side and Forbidden on the other. I wore that thing out!

Twisted Into Form is probably my favourite thrash album ever. Everything about it is just brilliant!

Get Forbidden Evil too, it's also great. Probably don't bother with Distortion or Green.

I think both Distortion and Green have their moments. I liked their cover of "Rip Ride".

I think the best by far, or my favorite Forbidden album would be the "Trapped" demo that never got released. I have the bootleg CD, it went for way too much on ebay, but next to Twisted Into Form it's one of my favorites. The track "Disillusions" is incredible. I think they should re-record a couple tracks off that demo. It probably won't sound as original or as good, but I think it'd be worth checking out.
