It's about damn time that somebody wised up and brought it back. Best animated show ever, imo.

And still I love they episode where they bail bender out and the dude goes to check his bank acct and finds out he has change to help with the bail then the banks you earned this much interest... just floors me.

From what i had herd, they were planning on making 4, 1 hour long episodes for dvd, then depending on the sales(obviously going to be good) they would bring it back. But hey, this works too.

i loved it when it first came out, the first two or three series were great, but the last series they did really stunk, i thought anyway, i couldnt care less whether fry and leela were gonna get it on or not, episode after episode, kinda, turned into 'friends in space' .....hopefully bender flips out and slaughters leela in the comeback, then it can get to being funny again

I use to love this show when it was on a few years ago, I even had someone in the states send me new episodes because it took the stations here so long to air them. It was sad to see FOX screw it around and ultimately brought about its demise but nice to see it really is coming back for new episodes. Theres been rumours for a while about the show returning in some form. Looks like its a going to be a bit of a wait for new episodes but sure it will be worth it.

That is good news, for me anyway. Fururama was one of my favorite shows. I agree the last season of it wasn't the greatest but IMO it was better then the last few seasons of The Simpsons which have sucked for the most part.
