Ok, do I have my facts straight, or am I dumb??.....take it easy on me....

The Police, the Clash, Elvis Costello, and AC/DC are all getting inducted into the HOF this year. I have no problem with any of them...however.....

Black Sabbath is not a member, correct?

True or not?

How can AC/DC be admitted but not Sabbath, or am I mistaken?
Someone straighten me out on this! This is a huge oversight if true! And it is GAY! (Unless I am mistaken!)

PS....Got WCFYA the other day from HMV! It fuckin' rocks. The sleeve is awesome. Accolades all around!

And how the hell can AC/DC get in ahead of Sabbath? Sabbath broke ground for all the metal bands that followed!

The Foundation's nominating committee, composed of rock and roll historians, selects nominees each year in the Performer category. Ballots are then sent to an international voting body of about 1,000 rock experts. Those performers who receive the highest number of votes, and more than 50 percent of the vote, are inducted. The Foundation generally inducts five to seven performers each year.

I like most of the bands being inducted this year, but come on! Sabbbath should have been in there the first year they where eligable
