off the shelf pc

i unfortunately just had to deal with this last weekend. power supply went on fritz adn took my mobo with it. everything off the shelf at Fry's and Best Buy all had Vista 64 bit. So i had no choice but to have one built since i use PT8.

I've used both. They're both equally terrible.

I've had less problems with PC's I've ordered straight off the evilbay.

whats wrong with cyberpower?

yeah hp has a great helpdesk/assistance reliable stuff!
I know you don't want to build it yourself, but you're gonna save so much money that way.
