I thought you guys were all dead or retired or something!!
I remeber seeing Saxon at the Birmingham Odeon on the Eagle has Landed tour and the Power and the Glory tour way back, and then again on the Innocence is no Excuse tour at Sheffield City Hall.
Saxon were the first concert I went to and I was just blown away. I have since grown up, moved to the USA and gotten married. My hair is now short, my waistline is much bigger, and the only leather clothing item I have is a nice three button overcaot!!
I stumbled on to this site by accident and the memories came flooding back! Punching the air along with Steve Dawson, banging me head along to Princess of the Night (still the best Saxon song) and listening to Biff tellus he had beaten up a spanish matador to get his gold jacket.
WOW.
It is so cool to see that Saxon are still going strong and are playing in NJ soon. I will be there!!
