Haha thats so dumb

Opef 4 Life wit me

Well, I don't really want to think about it, but my musical tastes change alot. So chances are I might not listen to them when im older. I don't want to agree with that because Opeth is so good. I couldn't imagine not listening to them though. I picked maybe..

That would be pretty funny. I just imagine myself, being close to being 60 years old, listening to the same music i do listen now to. That would be like "hell i was so &"%§$ and so "$%& in that age... Good music!" or somethin like taht.. :D
Otherwise i really dont want to think about what is going to be in thirty years.. Ill probably be dead. Or listening to MOzart and Beethoven all the time damning the music i adore now. Very scaring (why at all..?) imagination..

:)

just imagine Frank Sinatra a few years before he died, Doing a growling version of NEW YORK NEW YORK...quite a funny thing.

I can already hear my kids saying:"Dad, can I borrow your Morningrise?"

"NOT, if they make another album like GR."

Like it's so goddamn different from the stuff they did before...

I don't change my favourites very often.

My favourite band has been my favourite for 20 years already, Opeth have been a close second for the last ten years.

Success can change a band (note, "success", not "Record Label" for this point, I think Opeth stand a great chance of just maturing with age rather than being guided), so I guess we will see if they continue to appeal in the same way with future releases...
