I'm from the US, but, will be in Amsterdam the last week of February. Over here for death metal shows we can normally buy them at the show. Would it be wise to pre order tickets when I'm over there?? I noticed someone mentioned they were ordering tickets and that's something that we don't normally do over here because the shows rarely if ever sell out in my part of the country. Also, any tips on good venues would be helpful as well thanks!!

Depends where you are mate. Im in the UK, and I bought a ticket for the 12th for £14.15 @ Ticket Master.

Well in Ireland a typical metal gig costs around 20euro. Which, in my opinion, is an absolute bargain to see Opeth!

Mine cost £12.95 from Wayahead, including postage + booking-fee - the actual admittance fee was only £10.
