Its a joke from their Gigantour show in Toronto.

Mike was like "Do you know what our name is?" and people were like "Opeth!" and "yeah!" and stuff. And then Mikael said, "Ok everyone, how 'bout you tell me on a count to three. ready? one.. two.. three"

At that point everyone screamed "OPETH!!!" and after it got quieter Mike said "Well thats interesting because you see, we recently changed our name. We are 'The Cunts' from Sweden."

yep, everyone laughed.

and yeah it was a good joke right after Ghost of Perdition.. I think it was after Ghost of Perdition anyways.
