opinion required on band name please

Volcane: You say that but I checked out Frostmoon Eclipse just because they were called Frostmoon Eclipse and they are fantastic, sometimes haveing a really weird/cool name can help a band. This said my DM band has a gore name (Eviscerated) and no Gore lyrics which'll confuse some people (same with Decapitated)

Fair point BT. That's what I mean a good (hopefully genre indicative) name helps, but then after a while if you get better known, people just think of the band rather than what the name means - I'm talking your Iron Maiden and Gamma Rays etc etc...

That said, there's no excuse for 'Pink Cream 69' ...hehehe !!

Yeah, because if you think about it, Gamma Ray have nothing to do with giving you cancer...

Hmmm.. yeh... Gamma Ray did strike me as an odd name at first actually... as did Blind Guardian but know i dont even think about it...

I think Blind Guardian is a fuckign class name! I mean a Blind Guardian...wouldn't be much good really would they unless they had mage sight!

Well I am concentrating on the musical side of things but a good name can be useful. But you are right,,once people know you they will not be bothered about the name!

Should be getting some music posted on the net soon so i'll post it in a thread when I do and u's can check it out.
