Organ/synth/string ensemble chords in Epilogue???

HELP!

I'm trying to work out the chords that the background synths/organ is playing during Epilogue. I originally thought that it just followed the guitar rhythm of the chords: Bm, G, Em, Bm, A but it doesn't! It seems to be kinda skipping back and forth.

If any musicians on here can just give it a listen and tell me what they think, I'd be very grateful.

Whoop nevermind, I think I got it

It goes something like: Bm, A, D (that I really didn't expect, but it sounds right), G, Em, Bm, A.
