What are you saying? That they are too death and so can't be prog? They do INTERESTING stuff, unexpected stuff, using fresh melodies and harmonies. Personally, that's why I listen to prog. I don't mind the death; I LIKE it. It creates a wider spectrum of music they can make.
As for Labyrinth, I've heard the exact same music a million times before, and there was a time when I was much younger and would have liked simple stuff like that, but I've grown very bored of it.
