Just got the new Chimaira album last week and I can't stop listening to it. Definitely one of the heaviest albums I've heard in a while (maybe since the last SYL). Speaking of, moments do kind of remind me a bit of SYL and some Fear Factory, with lots of thrashy riffs. The only thing I'm iffy on are the sometimes metalcore-esque shouting vocals, but other than that, I think this one might wind up being very high on my list of best of 07.
