I can't wait to pick up a copy of The Glorious Burden double CD next monday. And I'm even more excited about seeing them live in April with Primal Fear (from Germany) and Thunderstone (from Finland) opening.

What do you think? Will we be hearing a few Priest songs?
Iced Earth have covered The Ripper before and now that they have Tim in the band, it seems like the perfect choice for an encore. Remember "What's my name?!"

And Primal Fear have covered Metal Gods for a Priest tribute CD.

I guess we'll be hearing a lot of Halford-ish screams that evening :D

And where's the Official Iced Earth forum, for heaven's sake?!

ICED EARTH have always been a great live band and it´s been awhile since I´ve seen them. I´m amazed and very impressed with the new album which has been playing almost non stop in my flat since I got it a few days after it was released. I´ll be seeing them at the beginning of April and am looking forward to it.
