OT:: NFL ON the move...

UNFREAKIN BELIEVABLE!!!!! I don't how much they've "Reloaded" Vinateri though being the best kicker in the league is no compensation for losing James or David Thornton on D...But he'll definetly help them out...New England has been dormant throughout this whole signing peroid, And it's not going to help them out any either...My preliminary thought is that Miami will win the AFC East (You don't even know the pain I get to just think that") I think the Pats have finally done it..They've been so cheap for so long with their great players that now this mass exodus of guys leaving almost had to happen...Preliminary thought on the NFC..First of all last years fluke team the Seahawks won't be making a return trip!! I don't know, I kind of like the moves Dallas has made (Owens is an ass but if the dude shows up to play they're a contender) they also made some moves on the offensive line to try and keep Bledsoe vertical..The Redskins are going move crazy although the last time they did this it didn't help them out much so time will tell...A good dark horse team this year will be Arizona..

My team will be trading with your team to move up 14 places in the first round. The Broncs get the Falcons' #15 in the first round. The Falcons get the Broncs' #29 in the first round, their third round pick this year and next year's fourth. The Falcons are sending the #29 to the Jets for Abraham.

The Broncs still have the #22 in the first round thanks to Washington. Common opinion amongst Broncs fans at the moment is that they will package the two to move up further and select Vernon Davis. There ya go. You heard it here first.

That deal will definetly work out for them Wheezer...

How are thing in Colorado??

Good! Snowy and cold now that we've officially crossed over to Spring! How about out your way?

GOD knows I don't want to jinx it bro but sunny and reasonably warm (45 with no wind is pretty good for us at this time of the year..) I'm still planning on getting out to that fan day if you're interested in meeting..I'd love to meet some of those guys like Trevor Pryce, Lynch (and the whole big list from before) who I really respect!!

I was looking at some land out in Pueblo last month...It was a really good price but the trick was it couldn't be built on (There was a technical term the guy used which escapes me at this time) I'm just looking for a place to set a little modular or something for hunting season or if I just want to get out of N.E. Looking in Wyoming now but the price is alot higher... You live in a beautiful scenic state bro.. And even better than that is the football team:rock: :kickass:

I am reasonably happy with the moves The Steelers made. The only major loss was speedster wide-out Antwaan randle El, who signed a seven year deal with Washington. He also was the "slash" player who ran many of the trick plays.
The good news is: Veteran cornerback Deshea Townsend was signed to a multi-year deal, Charlie Batch was re-signed and The Steelers picked up veteran receiver Lee Mays for depth. The Steelers rarely go for big name players in free agency, so I don't expect any high dollar players to come in, especially at their cap position.

Yeah, definitely still interested in hooking up for that. If you want to see Trevor you'll have to go to Baltimore though. He got released along with Mike Anderson and Jeb Putzier. Anderson joined Trevor in Baltimore and Jeb went to Houston.

I'd be wary of land around Pueblo. There are places around there that definitely kick ass but they do come at a premium. San Isabel National Forest is just West of there. There's probably some BLM land around there too.

You might want to check out the San Luis Valley. There are no towns larger than 10,000. There's some seriously crap land for cheap but it's a max of an hour drive to the mountains. Those are my people down there and I'm related to about half the valley.

Wyoming is kinda funny. The closer you get to the Northwestern part of the state, the more the land will cost. That's in general. Basically, the closer to the mountains, the more expensive. You could probably get some prairie land fairly cheap and hunt Antelope. They're abundant up there. And the wind always blows in Wyoming. They say it's because Nebraska sucks. :heh:

I don't know what the tag price difference between Colorado and Wyoming might be. I know Colorado really sticks it to out of state hunters. I would assume Wyoming does too.

 Thanks! I love it here. I spent about a decade out of state in Phoenix and California. I couldn't wait to get back.

Damn...I was keeping good track of that stuff too!! The Broncos will miss Pryce!! They still have plenty of great players around They're doing a better job of holding on to their key players than The Pats!! Unless somthing catastrophic happens they should playing in the AFC Championship Game..

Hey Wheezer,

The Broncos are looking at Javon Walker....That'll be a monster pickup should it happen..He's basically T.O. without the attitude.

From what little I've seen on it, they're offering one of their fourth rounders for him. That would be a steal, even with his recent injury. His salary is pretty low too. I'd be happy!

I made a post early in the year to Britt that Javon Walker was the next Hines Ward. He is 10 pounds away from a linebacker in size, much like Ward, but taller. Attitude does not seem to be like Ward's but receiving style and size are quitre comparable. Whoever gets him has a diamond.

Seeing as Miami is my team, your prediction is def. awesome. im not a Culpepper fan though.:erk:

Culpepper is a great pick up compared to what you had at QB last year...
The Dolphins have made some decent moves in free agency this year and are considered one of the leading teams to get Lavar Arrington....Arrington & Zach Thomas in the same starting linebacker rotation...Scary!!!

Doesn't look like GB is going to deal him away. And, as it stands right now, even if they were, the price is too high for the Broncs.
