Damn you. Now I'm hungry for a burger. On Christmas Day. And the only place that's open is Waffle Haus.

I want to know what possessed them to name one of the burgers Goblin Cock. And who in their right mind would order it.

The pork sandwich is called the Pig Destroyer, the chicken sandwich is called Hate Beak. All metal bands...

The funny thing about this place is you cant say you want a pork sandwich they demand that you call it by its proper name.

If you can get in there its an awesome place to go, usually there is a wait for a table. The dining room is about the size of the main room in at the Vortex. When its warm out there is a nice sized beer garden.

Having said that, the next time I'm in Chicago for a show at the Vic Theater or whatever, I'd definitely stop by that place....menu looks killer. I'd probably stop short of ordering the Goblin Cock, though.
