Other than Nuclear Blast, is GOAE available for pre order anywhere?

i still can't believe that if I go for the digi and a hoodie of greater of all evils that it would cost me about 70ish dollars I don't want to just download those extra 3 tracks so I was curious if anyone has found any other websites that have it for pre order?

Minus the hoodie, it still would be 21 euro to ship. That is rediculous as I often order cds from France and Holland and they are still relatively nice price wise.
