Naw, that's doesn't mean anything. He might have been in total shock. Not everyone's natural reaction to such an injury is to cry, specially one such as that, your body goes into survival mode and you're too panicked to do much else.

The 'guts' on his bike chain. Not sure exactly what it's call, but the round thing (the pedals go into) with spikes that turns the chain. Those things are DEADLY sharp and dangerous, especailly if he got it on the right angle. It could slash his leg that bad. Another possible scenario is there was some foreign object on the bottom of that creek(?) whoich lacerated his calve, like a rock or piece of emtal for instance.

Yes, it's clearly visible, and a goodpoint you bring up but think about the fact how bad the wound is, and how much blood he's lost(plus it was in water), it's obviously gonna be another, paler colour. This is the strongest evidence in the argument saying it's fake, but veterans in Hollywood would be hard pressed to to pull off such a realistic looking stunt, so these kids being able to do it just doesn't make sense.. it's not very likely at all, and therefore logically must be real... agreed?
