Finland is a Metal "Commercial"* country, that's why the most known of good metal band are from here, that's all, but not the best.



*(I mean, they get alot of publicity and media and all)

Why russian bands like Catharsis not so famous???
may be you know russian band ARIA(russian IRON MAIDEN),

i guess most ppl on finland, have a classic musical education since young...
i heard that most schools there, there is like some very good music class...

and don't forget about apocalyptica!!!

Yeah but there's so many band in the world, you can't know if 90% of the "good band" come from Finland. In my opinion we just know more band from Finland cause they are a "Metal Country", but that doesn't mean they have more good band than Sweden or Netherland or whatever.
