The groove part reminded me of someone else...can't think of it, though. Was it just me, or during the faster sections, was there some backmasking going on? Might just be the recording. I think what terrified me most was that by the end of the track I was making out the words...

The groove/bridge crushes, though...

Sounds like it was recorded in a live setting, though, as opposed to isolation booths...8-track at best...not horrible quality, though. I've heard worse.
