I've never seen a movie with such an appropriate title... UGH!

I have a strong stomach... but CRAP!

The Japanese are far worse. If you want to really be sickened, try Ichi the Killer or better yet, Guinea Pig: Flower Made of Flesh and Blood. Definitely puke-inducing.

Bah! Not only is there unecessary violence,but lotta sexual one, like rape with a spiked stone,killing an unborn child,and so on....(not to mention all the rape scenes,makin me think of I spit on ur grave)

I wouldn't call Battle Royale the bloodiest movie of all time but it is great! Id say Peter Jacksons Dead Alive/Braindead is the bloodiest!

Dead Alive is probably one of the goriest movies made, and it's funny that Peter Jackson went on to make LOTR.

I think Make Them Die Slowly was worse.

Ichi the Killer, though, is puke-inducing. And aside from all the entrails and blood, the mysogeny makes it beyond the pale for me. Every woman in this movie ends up raped and killed, and in one case, brutally tortured. Worst piece of garbage I've ever seen.
