rumours are swirling that Peter Steele from Type O Negative may have died from heart failure following months of illness

this claims are also refuted and thought to be a repeat from 2005 when they announced his death and then revealed the hoax

only confirmation of his death comes from Twitter accounts of band member Kenny and a metal radio host

personally, hope he is alive and this is all bullshit
new album out soon (hopefully) and he is a good singer in my book

Sadly this time they were right, I have never been able to listen to a full Type O album, but have always appreciated the bands music, and enjoyed Pete's deep, depressing tones, it is always sad when another metal brother/musician/celeb/how ever you view your metal musicians goes, and always at a fairly early age, condolences to his family R.I.P. Pete Steele
