Phil leaves Pantera

Hey, I owe a lot to Matchbox 20, if it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have got into current music (I was stuck in the 80s with Bryan Adams and Tears for Fears). Therefore I wouldn't have got to metal.

So, yes.

Sorry, I just find it funny that you say that Matchbox 20 is responsible for getting you into metal...well kind of indirectly of course but still.

So then.....even worse than Blink 182?

I'm not proud of how I got into the music I like, I'm proud of the music I like.

That sounded better in my head.

Would you like me to explain my country phase?

Anyway, by worst I meant I dislike them a lot. So drop it. :p

The only reason I have beef with Phil is that Pantera inspired so many shitty-ass nu-metal bands that are polluting the Earth right now.

I may not enjoy his musical projects, but when it comes to bashing shitty artists, I've got bigger (and more deserving) fish to fry.

Ah man, this really blows :erk: I been down with Pantera since 94 way back since I was a 14 year old punk. This sucks, I grew with this band they taught what metal was all about :yell: :yell:
Pantera had some kick ass albums I have seen them like 6 times on tour so I guess I have captured as much of CFH as I could.
Oh well, time to move on I don't dwell :erk: Good luck to Phil and the rest of the guys :)

Anyone here seen Satyricon's Roadkill video? Clearly
Phil is obsessed with black metal and such now. No
wonder he made this decision. I don't think anyone
mentioned Eibon either, in which he plays with his
black metal friends Satyr, Fenriz ;) Should be a known
thing, really...
