You mean paying online from some finnish bank account? At least I had payment method "Credit cards and Finnish bank payments (Suomen verkkomaksut)" and it went straight to bank selection.

The 666 first ones are signed, but I think it includes the bundles.. So your copy could be signed.

Can't wait for it to arrive! Now I'm so hyper happy that I can't concentrate on work.

Only the first 666 copies are signed (and the #1 is to win). And I think it doesn't depends which bundle you bought.
