Yeah in Finland it only takes 2 working days to deliver. The book is great, tons of pics from on the road and partying, and also nice shots of different cities. And some notes from the band members are added to pictures.

No, just the book (first 100 pages flipped through). But at least in Finland the standard shipping delivered it straight to my door so the delivery time is probably the same with a bundle order. And I think they're signed as well.
