Last week I noticed that my neck pickup in my Washburn Idol likes to make a weird sort of static sound when I play, it's sort of hard to describe. It's intermittent, and only happens when I use both pickups at the same time or the neck by itself. It's definitely the guitar and not the amp because my other guitars work fine through the same head. I was going to start randomly messing with the wiring, but I figured I'd ask for some advice on here before gutting the guitar. I doubt this has any bearing on the issue, but the neck pickup is a Seymour Duncan Jazz. If the above info isn't helpful enough, I'll post some clips if necessary.
