Only if you get the neck & bridge set, which isn't really necessary, other than that, you just have to have the input jack replaced.

I don't know much about active Duncans, but all actives pickups I've tried so far, including mine, work with 25k pots. Most humbucker guitars come with 500k. Using these pots with active pickups turns your volume/tone knob in kind of a on/off switch. There isn't a smooth transition between full volume and no volume.
I own the Duncan Live Wire Bridge model, and I still have the pots that came with it, they don't need to be replaced.
