They have large machine guns
I wouldn't Fu<k with them
It is true how they just stand perfictly still and salut when someone important arives.
Every now and then they march around a bit then go back to there post and stand there again.

I live in London so I could probably field this question a little better: They don't react unless you properly provoke them.

I was with a few girls once who thought it would be funny to point, stare, laugh and generally piss off a particular young-looking guard. He stamped his feet, marched up and down and then turned his head to us as he walked past and barked fuck off.
