Wheels voted for as Saxons difintive album.
I may be living in the past, but I don't think you could argue with the choice!

Others included:
AC/DC - Back in Black
Motorhead - Ace of Spades
Judas Priest - British Steel
Metallica - Justice for All
Rainbow - Rising

Yeah, those all I mentioned are from the same year, 1980. Must have been good year, hah. They're all great albums. Not necessarely my favourites of those bands, but classics anyway.

Like I said, those albums are not really my favourites from those bands, but I think that Back in Black was the best choise from AC/DC. I prefer Highway to Hell myself, but Back in Black is excellent as well and it has more hit songs, you know... British Steel is not my favourite album of Judas Priest either, but it has only good songs so its pretty whole album.

Don't think And Justice for All is really a classic album at all... Not like these other albums. Might have sold more copies than most of those other albums, but still don't think its a classic. Its not even that old :loco:

I think Black Album would be the classic Metallica album. Many people hate it, but I think it has great songs. They're just hit songs so you get bored to them faster, but they're great.

Id Say 'British Steel' was the best of the lot though...

*Albums from 1980 i mean!
