Plans for 2015

Most people aren't willing or able to exercise enough to burn off all the excess calories they consume. That and they tend to overestimate how many calories they're 'burning' through exercise, and underestimate how many they're consuming.

All calories may not be equal, but nobody got fat on a calorific deficit.
 
Eating a lot of the right things is very important. Lots of lean proteins and greens, coupled with lifting and at least an hour of cardio per day will get you where you want. Biking doesn't count as cardio though. And obviously, eating too little is awful for you. Eventually you'll lose weight but you'll lose muscle first.
 
Cunnilingus is a great exercise for shaping your wholastic chakra centres, especially if performed on a feminist lady of about 10 years your senior.
 
My goals:
-Get into a Ph.D Program somewhere. Anywhere. For the love of fuck.
-Publish some shit somewhere. Either some fiction or some academic stuff.
-Present at a fairly prestigious conference
-Make a physical Olórin release
-Bang some fucking broads
-Smoke beers
-Continue being a badass
 
My personal goals:
-Finish my stupid undergrad, get into a masters program
-Record this death metal album I've bee working on
-Get swole. Already been going to the gym all the fucking time the last couple months, starting to see some results. Gotta keep it up.

I just deactivated my Facebook today, actually. I realized I was hanging out WAY too much sometimes like 6/7 days from people constantly hitting me up. I'm a woman of leisure, but I also need to get shit done. I want to focus on getting into the teaching fellows (big interview on the 15th of this month) and doing my lesson plan. And now I'm more than halfway done with my plan. So now I can focus on the little side projects I have too. It feels good to not always be messaging people. Anyways, so goals:
1.) Get into the teaching fellows so that I can get my Master's for free and quit my job!! My job has been driving me crazy. I think its time to move on, once I find something better and this would be the best opportunity!
2.) Get my Master's.
3.) Plan/take more initiative in my dance endeavors and just artistic ones in general.
4.) Buy a professional camera for filming (have an idea of a channel to start but i need equipment).
5.) Travel and have fun.
 
Plans so far:
• Get a new job (because I hate my current one).
• lose the remaining 11kg that I didn't accomplish last year.
 
More tattoos
Less partying
More exercise
Less drinking
More being organised

And a trip to Europe in July-August is gonna rule.
 
Getting my driver's licence - that's a first one. Write most of my diploma thesis. Either keep my girlfriend or fuck random chicks like that dude from Californication. Go running a lot after I get healthier. And yeah that is another one. I will need some surgery in January probably. :(

So far this year sucks. I can barely fucking move and I had to go to work like that. I already know about so many expenses too so going to work is kinda painful for my psyché too.

I just went skiing for the first time and it was FUCKING AWESOME. So my only resolution is to ski more and spend less time being sad and psychoanalyzing myself. Also less drugs.
