Please give me feedback on this? I'm mixing this EP..

I think it sounds pretty okay.. not sure what I need to fix my ears are shot right now though

Listening back on it I'm not too happy with this one compared to what I've done in the past. This band is a tricky one and I don't know why. Nothing that they bring to me ever falls into place well or meshes well. There's always a lot of issues with the mixing. Don't know why but.. Who knows..

The mix sounds thin. Lacking Power. Seems like as if 1k down has a low-shelf bringing everything down. Put some power into the mix. That kick is really tiny. Actually just about everything on the drums is lacking around 60hz to 150hz. Good job on the vocals. Guitars lack balls as well. Like I said, it seems as if there is a low shelf bringing down the whole mix

I'll take a look at that low shelf issue. I'll put some more into those drums and guitars as well. Thanks a lot!

Other than the absolute lack of lows, it sounds a bit like everything is too smashed together, a bit like there was a limiter crushing the whole mix. A good way to hear that is when the synths come in, they're just louder than everything and yet they feel really flat in the mix.

Kick is buried in the mix man! It's also got no body to it. Guitars are kinda grainy too. The playing was a little sloppy so if there is any chance of the guitarist coming in and rerecording that would be good. Like the other guys mentioned, no low end in their either.
