The only movies that got me almost to the point of crying are: Marley & Me and Wall-e.

I agree with wall-e though.
I never really cry when watching movies but I tear up often. The closer I got to actually crying was the "Six feet under" series finale.

Yeah, it was all about the dog. I love my dogs so it was easy to relate. I watched the movie at home so I was holding my little guy imagining the worst.

I'll gladly +1 this, it's usually the loyalty of a dog that often really gets me the most (though I actually haven't seen either The Notebook or Old Yeller )

And "Up" was the most recent one to get me to tear up; not many movies can honestly, usually it's only things I've become REALLY familiar with (e.g. the last episode of TV shows)

im surprised you guys even watched those movies! haha i actually got forced to watch the notebook. and it was sad. no tears though. i just thought Wall-e was cute. no tears. and i havent seen marely and me so i cant say. but i mean, metal is all about passion. its no surprise if certain movies make you cry or angry. think about it musically. certain songs probably have given you chills, made you angry, made you extremely happy... maybe even made you want a beer haha i dont have a personal connection with movies, so for the most part they dont bug me. but i did cry at the end of Man on the Moon when he dies of cancer, because i saw it right after my uncle died of cancer. that was the only one tough.

and thats sweet that you guys care about animals. my cat Abbath just died. i miss him. he was almost human.

haha no thats him. but he acted so human. when people were saying stupid shit,he would stare them down, then he would roll his eyes. he would meow "hello" whenever we walked in the room. he would literally hold my hand. he would use his claws and wrap them around my finger and lay there next to me. ive never seen anything like it before. he was a stray too! strays are usually bastards. lol ive lost pets before, and it was sad. but this time it was like losing a human freind. he was that damn cool. i didnt even like cats. i still dont. he was awesome though.
