I do all that and I agree, it's not really dieting. It's a lifestyle change.

I go to the gym 4 times a week, work a pretty physical and eat 5 small meals a day. All that and my diet is starting to stall. It's frustrating and worrysome at the same time.

I lost +/- 40 pounds - i did loose more than 60 pounds but i quit smoking, so the 20 pounds that i gained, first had to come off- but at the moment i'm finally going steady and i feel better then ever.
What kind of sports do you do?
I used to do Body Combat a lot and lately i'm addicted to spinning.
It burns your calories to the bone and you'll sweat the cellulite off your skin..
I'll see if i dare to put up some recent pics.


Popcorn is great, it's the scrunchie-sounds it makes when you grab it! :grin:

For the most part, The first 50lbs lost was done by walking. I peaked at 5-7 miles a night around June-July. Boy, some of that was hell. :lol:

Then in late July I joined a gym where I do half an hour of cardio and weight training. I go around 3-5 times a week. :)
