It doesn't sound very open. A bit dark.

I also just got a subwoofer, I'm adjusting with non-metal tracks.

Most metalproduktions don't have sublow frequencies, but I like to know if my kicks aren't too "low".

I really like it, man! No...I love it. What an fat and unique guitar sound!! Mix is absolutely okay..(dig the snare) If I were Johnny of "Unleashed" I´d love to do the vocals for it

Thanks, it's a huge relief that you like the guitars since it's been a nightmare mixing them, mainly because the DI guitars don't sound right at all.

As for the vocals, I think the band would be curious to hear it with your vocals

It sounds absolutely awesome! A bridge between oldschool death metal and modern stuff. Aggressive growls would fit perfectly to it, unfortunately I´m not the one for the brutal stuff..but I fucking dig it, man!!!

We are not looking for brutal growling or screaming. More like Down or BLS style vocals. If you or anyone else would like to try to do some vocals, we would be very curious to hear!

Those guitars seem to be carrying some major Digital/SS'ness about them dude- think its the fizz and lack of bite im used to (is dirgy the word?). I feel the entire mix is missing a lot of hi end somewhat too, Im finding myself wanting more attack and punch from the whole recording (e.g. drums im finding very compressed (snare is a biggy), actually maybe the whole mix?).

Definitely sounds big as far as the guitars are concerned! It's full without getting tubby. Nice tone. I'm not digging the snare at all, but that's the only thing I could point out
