post clips of your favourite film scores!

I totally love Anne Dudley's work on American History X and Tristan & Isolde. Both has loads of emotion in there and still grabs me everytime i listen to it. And in combination with the movie it's even better.

I still love this one from Vangelis :) Heck! The whole soundtrack is great, awesome combination of orchestral epicness versus ambient electronical styles

And offcourse, Thomas Newman and Road To Perdition are on my favourites as well. I adore the bagpipes in this tune

And last but not least i think the soundtrack from 28 Days Later. It was in the sequel too i believe, which i think is even better than the first one, really got my heart bouncing in my neck. Its really great and effective as fuck, especially this song is really grabbed me by the throat when i watched the film. Chills me to the bones and back.

@ X-dodo (Garett is that your name ?) : you're right, if you plan on watching the movie, don't watch my extract, it's not about the suspense but that's the most awesome part of the movie.
And yeah it's a Mann's movie. I sometimes think it's quite slow, but it's more because it's a bit dark. It's a great movie.

I LOVE conan the barbarian soundtrack. The main theme is one of the most epic themes ever !

Sedna, it's Gareth :)

Also @ American History X, that's from the first scene where he curbstomps the guy isn't it? Powerful fucking scene!

I was gonna post the 28 days later track as well, but I didn't get around to it :)

I bought Tristan & Isolde for the only reason that Anne Dudley scored it. Wasn't impressed however. I like her work on When Saturday Comes.

It's funny because the only piece that I remember and that stood out on that score for me was the piece you posted... And the only reason it stood out to me is because it sounded like a Thomas Newman impression.

The theme that starts at 1.35 is so awesome and when it returns at 8.20...
